Putao, Dec 18, 2024 — HOPE successfully conducted a two-day Organization Development (OD) training for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) at its Vocational Training Center in Mulashidi, Putao, from December 17 to 18, 2024.

Governance and management-level leaders from 24 CSOs participated in the training aimed at strengthening organizational capacity and enhancing leadership skills. The first day featured sessions on “Introduction to Organization Development,” facilitated by Ko Jay and Dr. Thandar Tun. On the second day, OD consultant Sai Aein delivered a comprehensive lecture on “Human Resource Management.”

By the end of the training, a total of 44 representatives (M 21, F 23) from 24 CSOs in Putao had attended, marking a significant step toward fostering collaborative development and capacity-building in the region.
