On April 1, 2025 We heard firsthand accounts of tragedy—over 100 shanties in Maha Aung Myay were consumed by fire after an earthquake caused ground fissures to release gas. Three lives were lost instantly.
Amid the devastation, we provided emergency food and water to over 300 people left without shelter, now living under the open sky.
Our medical team continued to treat the wounded and sick, offering critical care to 200 people, both young and old.
