Putao, Myanmar — November 25, 2025

A HOPE mobile medical team traveled to the far north-west of Putao from November 20–24, delivering essential healthcare services to remote communities.

During the four-day mission, the team provided treatment to more than 400 patients in Awadam and Ziradam villages and distributed 200 dignity kits to vulnerable women and girls.

As part of the visit, HOPE conducted nutrition training for local residents—particularly women responsible for family food preparation—aiming to improve long-term community health. A dentist trained by FAME and ITEC also joined the mission, performing over 40 tooth extractions for patients with urgent dental needs.

For many living in these hard-to-reach areas, HOPE continues to be a vital source of care, compassion, and support.
